A gem in Catonsville. I love the staff and the food is quality.

I really love their Duck. It was cooked perfectly. And I love the sauce that went with it. I also love their Orange chicken. And house special lo main that my daughters got. The portions are perfect for the whole family to enjoy. You can get small portions as well. But when your on a budget for a family of four there are not a lot of places you can get out of for less than $65. Because we go to the restaurant a lot the wait staff knows us and treats us like we are special. Please give the lady at the front a break. We are a college town and they are few places that deliver. She is also the cashier. So sometimes she may be overwhelmed. Most people don’t scan down to the bottom so they don’t know about the Japanese. I hope you will give them a try.

Little Phoenix's food is always delicious. Recently the delivery driver has been taking longer and longer. Every time he arrives he is on his phone watching videos/movies and takes quite some time to get from the car to the house.

BEWARE.....the Restaurant must be under new management, because the food was horrible!! The waitress was extremely rude and annoying, she acted as if we were bothering her instead of appreciating our business...never will my family and step foot in that disgusting place again....that mess made my daughter and I (Sick) on our stomach!!

Friendly establishment. Never disappointed. The shrimp fried rice is just how I like it. Shrimp is throughout, not just at the top. Can't go wrong with General Tso's shrimp either. I also like their Chicken Pad Thai.

This is our go to Chinese place in Catonsville. Excellent food, portions, and prices. The staff is always very friendly, and treats us great. We come about twice a month, and love it every time

I move a lot on my life and I love Chinese food but we all know it’s a big hit or miss or sometimes it’s good some times not . But I have been eating here atleast 3 times a week and there food is very consistent and very fresh for a Chinese takeout Finnaly a Chinese place near me that is actually worth going to on a weekend

I am really, really disappointed. My niece put in the order based on the overall reviews, which was 4 1/2 stars. My fried rice was more white than fried. The noodles were yucky. The food overall was BLAHHH. Will I order from them again,NO. PROBABLY NOT

This is American Chinese food restaurant, yet still good. My meal cost 13.00 dollars and was enough to feed two people. I brought home a doggy bag. Friendly staff. Nice relaxing atmosphere.

They didn’t know the difference between wild caught and farm raised. After asking the first time the waitress said I think it’s from the sea, so I ordered the Chef’s Spicy Crispy Shrimp entree. Once the entree was brought out, I asked again if the shrimp was farm raised or wild caught. At this point, the manager came out and she asked why did I care, then mentioned all shrimp is from the ocean. My stomach is sensitive to farm raised anything. The entree made me sick.

Ordered online for delivery waited an hour and my food still was delivered so I called and when I called they told me I ordered for pickup which I definitely did not do then took them another hour to bring my food and when I got it they didn’t even give me the correct food. Will never order from here again

Nice place, our server was very friendly. The food was OK, nothing to write home about. The shrimp toast is better than other restaurants we've tried. Their fried rice in only brown rice.

I went there for a Sunday lunch with my family. The service was fine and the waitress brought out the little fried chips and dip. As my kids were eating the chips a LARGE ROACH appeared from the bowl. I went to the takeout counter to let them know, and she wasn't even fazed or surprised which leads me to believe that this is their norm. Needless to say that we left the restaurant extremely upset. I will NEVER eat here again!

Unexpectantly excellent for lunch. Combo meals offer good value, and service is excellent. Quiet and serene until you start raving about the food. Give this one a try!

Great customer service and amazing food. Little Phoenix is a great place to order Chinese takeout. They make the food fast and the employee always treat you like family. I totally recommend.

There was a bug/Caterpillar in my food. They offered to credit me for the dish next time, but I said I doubt there would be a next time. They said they would credit for the dish on the current order then. I think great customer service would have been to credit my entire order considering everyone in my group lost their appetites. I'm sad that this happened because I did like their food.

This is a great place for a quiet dinner date. Large size portions of food so you will have plenty to take home. Don't forget to try their sushi, fresh and yummy.

Very polite staff, food was authentic and good. Loved the pancakes with the Peking duck. Didn't like the strong smell of incense at all. Happy New year!

The portions were defiantly good sized.I didn't like the sushi though, the salmon was mushy and clearly from the freezer. The tempura wasn't crunchy at all and was just oily. Orange chicken was really good though with big pieces!

Service was extremely slow. For 3 ppl we were there over 2 hours for dinner. I would not recommend the Mongolian Beef.

The place offers a large range of fresh food. I like dining here. Employees are always super nice, pricing is reasonable and the spot is always kept clean.

I order sesame chicken and its the same as general tso's chicken they didn't even bother to though any sesame seeds on it, I order crab ragoon and shrimp tempura and made note to put sweet and sour sauce in and when they deliver the food there was a buck 75 added on and I ask the driver what was extra and he told me for the sweet and sour sauce and I told him it should come with the food I order but you know when you speak to a chinese person you wont get anywhere, when I unpack my food there was a penny size coctail sauce in there, they had good business from me but no longer there are plenty of other places that would want my business

This place used to be a real gem years ago. Went there two weeks ago and the food was beyond bland and lacking in so much. Even the chow mein noodles they provide were obviously fried twice. Will never return.

I have been getting carry out here for years. The food was always good , hot and fresh. The staff is very friendly. The last time I was there the food was just ok. I am not sure if the ownership has changed.

Large portions, good seasonings, and friendly staff. Can get a little loud but it is a smallish space with lots of customers so what do ya expect? Lol but the burgers are huge! Good for people with large appetites or for people who want to save some for later.

Humongous portions (largest servings I've ever had at a Chinese restaurant) AND delicious seasoning. Waitress was very attentive & sweet as well. All for a reasonable price! 👍💯✔
